What size company do you have to be to lease a trailer?
Our clients include small, medium and large fleets, as well as owner operator trailer leasing options.
Rental options: How long is the rental program?
There is a minimum of 12 months for rental units. If you choose to return the unit before the 6-month period there is a 25% fee of each monthly payment remaining.
Is there a mileage cap or fee?
No, you have unlimited mileage!
Is there a Cap or maximum reefer hours?
Yes, there is a 2,000 hr. yearly hourly cap on the reefer units. The national average is 1,700 per year so this should be enough. If you go over the 2,000 per year there is a $3 per hour charge.
Lease-to-own: What are the lease terms?
Between 12-60 months depending on the client and the unit being leased.
Lease-to-own: How much money do I need for a lease to own?
We typically request 20-30% of the price of the unit in upfront payments.
Lease-to-own: What unit qualifies for a lease-to-own?

Lease-to-own: How long does it take to get approved?
We usually get our clients in their new unit in less than 3 business days after we receive all the required documentation.
Is maintenance of the unit included?
No, this is a net-net rental option. You are responsible to get the unit serviced and maintained.
Is the unit DOT compliant?
Yes, the unit will have a 1-year DOT certificate when you pick up the trailer.
What are the conditions of the tires and breaks?
The tire are brakes will be in Trade term condition, the tire tread life and brakes will have 50% or more on them. The unit must come back in the same condition.
Is it hard to get approved?
No, we require very little documentation to get you approved. Send us the following info to get qualified:
